Promote County Governments as centers of achieving universal healthcare in line with Kenya Vision 2030.
Expand Health Coverage
Expand piloted Health coverage programmes to cover all counties.
Increase Capacity
Ensure that capacity in both structural and resources in counties are increased to handle the needs of the county's population.
Public-Private Partnerships
Promote and encourage county governments to create partnerships with private sectors, NGOs, and civil society groups to increase funding and sustain health programmes.
Expand NHIF Coverage
Promote the expansion of NHIF cover to cover every level of care, ensuring all Kenyans have access to quality healthcare.
